A Text Cenc Cycle 2

Principal Investigator Contact Information
Dr. William Walker, M.D. william.walker@vcuhealth.org

Study description: The Prospective Longitudinal Study aims to continue the research successfully conducted during CENC Cycle 1, as well as expand the current active cohort of 1,500 Service Members and Veterans. Throughout the duration of CENC Cycle 2, the Prospective Longitudinal Study will refine methods, enhance analyses, and apply results to identify predictors and longitudinal effects of mTBI.

Principal Investigator Contact Information
Dr. Kristine Yaffe, M.D. Kristine.Yaffe@ucsf.edu

Study description: The Retrospective Database Study aims to maintain, augment, and refine the database of 1.6 million Veterans, created during CENC Cycle 1, as well as expand analyses and application of results. During CENC Cycle 2, the Retrospective Database Study will conduct analyses to identify, examine, and elucidate outcome predictors, comorbidities, and neurodegenerative sequelae associated with mTBI, ultimately aiming to apply results to development of prognostic models.
